Online purchasing is done securely through PayPal.

Digital Downloads links are sent immediately in an email from our automated system.
The email may be slightly delayed in reaching you due to
transmission between different web servers.

When we receive a Mail Order, we aim to process and ship it within 24 hours
Our standard shipping method is through Canada Post’s “Letter Mail” service
(5 – 7 business days) to Canadian destinations and through their
“Air Mail” service (12 – 16 business days) to US and International destinations.

Please note that Canada Post’s delivery timelines are estimates only.
Some orders may arrive sooner while orders to non major centers may take a little longer.
